Should you receive it in a condition that it was not sent in because of shipping damage and/or a packaging error and choose to return the product, you will receive a full refund upon request once we have reviewed photos of the packaging and product damage that you send to us upon our approval that it is in fact shipping/packaging damage. Larger paintings can be costly to ship, which is reflected in the shipping price.
